I dont mind sharing with you that I am no fan of winter. I love daylight and sunlight in particular and there lies the problem with winter for me.

As a child I recall my parents juggling two priorities: wanting to keep me safe, and wanting me to learn from my own mistakes.

Late one evening I was channel surfing, finding something to watch which would ease my transition from a full on day to a restful night’s sleep.
