Springing into April
In the Northern Hemisphere we commence Spring and daylight-saving time this weekend. It’s a time of year I love. Longer, lighter days and with the promise of warmer sunnier times in the months ahead is good for the soul.
In the past week, I have been thrilled to join the ethNASHity Employee Resource Group (ERG) for their regular meeting. I am so impressed and humbled by the passion and commitment. Thank you to these colleagues and those in all of our ERGs who ensure that Nash Squared is developing as a truly inclusive place for us all.
On Tuesday we were beyond proud to have Akeesh Khokhar and Peter Weston both quoted in the Financial Times in an article about the impact of Artificial Intelligence. Akeesh even had his photo in too and Nash Squared and Harvey Nash were both mentioned. Really well done Peter and Akeesh, our last few years of building our brand and reputation with journalists and influencers is really paying off.
Yesterday we will all have received the latest edition of Inclusive Insights produced by the NASHability ERG. I pressed the ‘read out loud’ button on the email and sat back to listen. Such an information-rich and interesting update. Thank you to the colleagues who put this together for us all.
Yesterday afternoon I joined the kick off for the USA, Canada and India business led by Jason Pyle. I was so proud to hear each colleague set out their goals for the year, boldly facing into uncertain markets but challenging themselves to achieve. It was an inspiring event.
As we head towards the close of the week and the end of another busy month for us all, I wish you a very happy weekend and the opportunity to rest and recuperate.
