Today, we embark on a thrilling voyage with ethNASHity Employee Resource Group (ERG), with the promise of excitement, impact, and adventure. So, fasten your seatbelts, because this journey is about to get entrepreneurial, hungry, collaborative, open, and, above all, human (you might recognize those values). And here's a little secret: stay till the end, and you might just uncover something special!
You might ask, “What’s an Employee Resource Group (ERG)?” Imagine a buzzing hive of passionate minds, driven by collaboration and a hunger for change. That's ethNASHity—an ERG that's not just about initiatives but serving our colleague community, YOU. Our mission is to increase representation, cultural background understanding, visibility, and awareness of our ethnic minority employees at Nash Squared by creating a supportive network for them as well as a sense of community and belonging.
