Employee Appreciation Day
Since 1995 when Dr Bob Nelson first created it, the first Friday in March has become known as Employee Appreciation Day in many countries across the globe. This year, that falls today.
Employee Appreciation Day is the perfect reminder that behind every organisation is a team of dedicated employees, who bring their hard work, passion and talent to work with them every day.
It’s important to remember that our company, Nash Squared, is what it is, not just by the amount of money it makes (although obviously that is important!), but also by the people that bring it to life.
Remember that one of our core values is to be ‘human’, something that I think all of us demonstrate on a regular basis.
If you’re a manager, think about your team. Think about the contribution they’ve made not just to the bottom line, but also to the workplace.
As a team member, think about your colleagues. Think about how you help each other out and support each other when necessary.
I would like to thank each and every one of you for your contribution to our business, and for making Nash Squared a special place to work.
Happy Employee Appreciation day to you all.
