Sophia is on the path to being a CTO, and at the age of 30 she's an award winning engineer and Lead Engineer. She's also set up a project to help people into work (The Donny Job Shop) and started her career as an apprentice Dental Nurse following an unexpected pregnancy. She's a wonderful example that there is no set path to success!
