Rioch’s son was stabbed whilst at school. This event led her to question why she’d stopped in listening to him, and ask what was the motivation of his attacker. The outcome was So You Wanna Be In TV? Using her professional experience she turned this potentially devastating moment into a positive force for change. This podcast demonstrates how to really motivate and inspiring the next generation of technologists and leaders. Rioch was also recently named as one of the most influential 50 women in tech in the UK.
