Nash Squared divests its Alumni business through an MBO to accelerate the growth of both brands
June 1st 2022 - Nash Squared, the leading global provider of technology and talent solutions, is divesting its Alumni business through a management buyout (MBO) to accelerate the growth of both brands.
Nash Squared, formerly Harvey Nash Group, recently announced its intentions for rapid growth - which will see its global headcount more than double from 3,000 to over 6,000 during the next five years. The divestment of Alumni will support this rapid growth strategy by providing a greater focus to its technology and talent solution brands - which help and support clients in developing their digital teams and capability.
Nash Squared will continue to be the overall company brand for the following five market leading technology and talent businesses - Harvey Nash, NashTech, Crimson, Spinks and Talent-IT.
The MBO will also act as a launchpad for future growth for the Alumni business as it continues its journey independently as a leading global provider of executive and leadership search. Alumni’s head office will remain in Stockholm, and it will continue to manage clients and assignments throughout the world through its network of offices based across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the USA.
