At Nash Squared we are working to create an environment where people feel that they belong, where Diversity, Equality and Inclusion is an integral part of our culture. The People Team leads Global Diversity & Inclusion strategy working with the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Council, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and local HR and People & Culture teams to ensure we enable an inclusive culture.

Measuring sentiment across the organisation through our twice-yearly employee engagement survey and giving people a voice so that we can listen and act on that feedback

Providing a safe environment for our colleagues to connect, share ideas, educate and influence visibility through our Employee Resource Groups

Reporting

Reporting Globally on our Gender split and implementing actions to support improvements at a senior level through balanced shortlists, talent programmes and mentoring training to all our colleagues so that we all keep learning and growing

Our Employee Resource Groups

We have four employee resource groups who focus on minority and historically underrepresented or marginalized voices. Membership includes people from these groups, and allies.

NASHpride is the LGBTQIA+ network for all colleagues across the Nash Squared Group. Allies who support and advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and equality are also encouraged to join and contribute to our collective efforts. Everyone is welcomed.
