Hello everybody
I am excited to announce that on January 4th 2022, our Head Office will have a new home - LDN:W (London Wall).
Our new workspace is a major step up for us
London Wall has a contemporary design that will really promote collaboration and teamwork across our Group, as well as provide the flexibility needed for people mixing home and office working.
It has hi-tech meeting rooms, bike storage, shared collaboration space, coffee machines and – for those brave enough to venture into the winter air - even a shared roof terrace with fantastic views over London.
The move will coincide with a major upgrade to our technology
We will be introducing high speed Wi-Fi, issuing new laptops to replace those with older kit, upgrading our company phones, and rolling out apps that will allow you to book desks, meeting rooms and other office resources through your smart phone.
I hope you are as excited as I am about this news. It positions us extremely well as we move into the new year.

Why wait! Come and see our new head office for yourself.
Where is LDN:W?
3 Noble Street, EC2V 7DE. Located very centrally it is near St Paul’s Cathedral and Barbican. You can view it on a map here.
When we move in, will I be able to ‘pop in’ to the office for a short period rather than for a full day?
Yes. The office is designed well for short periods. You can ‘touch down’ and work on large shared desks and collaboration spaces, book meeting rooms, use LDN:W’s communal area, or use the roof garden.
How do I book time in the new office?
Everything will be managed through our desk booking app which will give you a live, up to date view on what spaces are available. You will receive separate communications about the app and how to use it.
Where can I store my personal belongings when I come into the office?
There are lockers to put personal belongings in during the day, and if you are coming in two days in a row, you can store your laptop in the locker keeping the desk space free overnight.
Does the building have bike storage and showers?
Yes there is storage for 144 bikes, and it has 7 male and 7 female showers, more than we had at 110 Bishopsgate.
What do I do with my belongings that are currently at 110 Bishopsgate?
You will need to take these home with you before the Christmas break – all belongings will be recycled or disposed of in the move. If for some reason you are not able to do this, please contact Jon Thompson for further guidance.
Can I visit the office before we move in?
Yes, we’d be delighted to show people around. Antonia Herbert is arranging.
